They both are good depending on your other heroes and the way you like to play the game.

Honestly lemme give u the unbiased opinion(since i use madara 5k), both are good, in their way of playstyle, and both have different synergy depending which ninjas you have, now keep in mind, madara 5k completely denies any buffs / mysteries from being pulled or had and doesnt get chased pretty much like edo itachi, while edo itachi just denied shields, buffs, have a reflect mirror for every round starting and puts ur target into a "dream" state, which is basically a sleep 2.0, with that said, i think it comes really want and what ninja you have, i think meta is what you make of it, in this case with top 10 have mostly, team wise, keep in mind also, there's a counter for every ninja used in this game, if you're looking to just have fun, just go with ur favorite ninja from the 2, if ur competitive, i'd say any of them is good, and have good kits.

Long story short, edo itachi is more solid as a ninja. But if we talk about which one is better for you, it depends on the ninjas you currently have or what kind of team that you want to build.

Man the problem is that both of them can serve position 1 very good which in this case naruto sosp or minato ..they will both combo and they will do whatever you need as a 1st support ninja (position 2).

this is what books say but if you are having minato or edo diedara as position 1, then get 5k madara and if you have naruto sosp get edo itachi.

Other thing you need to put in your consideration is the 3rd ninja you are having. for example having susano kakashi in your recruited ninjas that means you do not need edo itachi right now and he could wait.

finally, for my opinion go for 5k madara especially if you are faster than most of your bracket. Edo itachi most benifit is to make you have a fighting chance against AGK and Edo heruzin teams. but 5k madara is more tactical with interrupting mysteries and repulse chase and stealing chakra which can be very helpful.

Im trying to build a soild team for naruto 6p, and they both are favorite for me. Im talking about which one will be better vs yhe current meta and what may be released since cause im not a follower of Chinese servers. But i guess im a little bit in need of itachi

For now i only have naruto 6p, minato and shisui so i don't know who will be the third ninjas, but I have some lineups in my head

For example naruto 6p - madara 5k - sakura swimsuit - water main

Or

Naruto 6p-minato - itachi edo and earth main

if u already have naruto 6path its better t get madara 5k .

As i told you before 5k madara is a must have ninja for now... edo itachi is made to counter kakuzo and edo Hiruzen teams... so if you have naruto sosp and you dont meet much of edo H teams then go for madara.

You forgot an important thing that Edo Itachi has....he reduces pure ninjutsu damage by 50% each round the first time a unit would take the damage, which btw is really good against I think AGK and Edo Hiruzen.

If we talk about jonin or edo minato then he works quite well together with madara 5ks, if we talk about hokage minato then he works good together with edo itachi.

Shisui works decently with edo itachi and poorly with madara.

Six paths naruto works fine with both.

The real question is: are you a blind move 1 overstacker that cares nothing about the other moves?

Then madara is your choice.

Are you a spreader that tries to make his move 2/3/4 not inconsistent too?

Then get edo itachi.

That said, they actually work fine together too in the sense: madare 5ks, edo itachi, naruto six paths is a solid team to run with wind, water or earth main.

I sugest Edo Itachi becouse with Madara you can't realy benefit shisui barier (i cosume you want play with ninjas you already mention).

Lineup: Sosp/Minato, edo Itachi, shisui, FM bouth lineups have same chases and summon (10 combo chase, flood Dregon)

Ps.: Sosp for more resistant lineup and Minato for higher damage output :p

with naruto 6 path take madara

round 2 is a real problem for the enemy , if they use mystery naruto interrupt it .... if not u steal chakra :D
