Why can't oasis update HK servers during night time when less people are playing just like on UK, NY, and LA servers.

updating the game is just like uploading a video on youtube with extra steps, you can just leave it and let it finish once it begin. I'm sure the devs are capable enough of programming to start an update even they sleep
