About the topic, Kabuto's Skillbooks has low probability to be on any event in my opinion and choosing between getting his Skillbooks or Refine it for Iruka frags, for me i would go for Iruka frags than getting Kabuto's books .. At early stages yes, Kabuto is useful and he'll be great with your team specially if you are running with Cursed Mark like the team you posted but on the late game, Kabuto will be only useful for occasional events like Ninja Exam while Iruka will still be used in teams that can fight for other PvP events .. So my advice for you is to weigh what's heavier and not, and what i mean by that is where you will gain more? ..
