a) buff got removed by opponent's (or yours if you use Han, Madara 5k) ninja

b) you were using Lightning Armor, which doesn't reset, as you need to kill an unit with mystery, not a standard attack

Keep also in mind that bond skills like Anbu Itachi's don't reset with Warrior Killing Intent.
