As you can see, I'm focusing on the BIG5 first, than Minor2 (*ion) and when those are done remaining two. This is most popular strategy in my group, you should go this way too.
Right now we need over a week to get next skill lvl, so it should be similar in your group, you will get them at some point. Just make this regularly.
