Guys i got first 5 group skills to level 30 (40 is cap for my guild atm)

the last 5 are 0..
Im midnight blade level 65

What should I level first? lot of ppl telling me to max 5 , but then it will take forever to max it as in the cap will keep increasing
the others will remain 0

WHAT SHOULD I DO?
