Itachi[Edo Tensei] Dream state is a special CC, which has one of its effects being that's it cannot be removed unless your team has 30 or more charka.

Innate immunity will not be able to remove the dream state even if you have 30 or more charka, I think it has to do with how dream state is coded as to over ride immunity effects such as gakido and firemains immunity mystery. Its one of the wacky interacts that occurs like how blindness on a chaos ninja will extend the duration.
