Your best chance to counter him right now, is basically to go start in a new server (now that naruto is no longer available to redeem with coupons, and that only the select few p2w would recharge for him) and avoid all his cancer meta, and later on if they "somehow" decide to make it redeemable again with coupons you would have gathered enough coupons for him in that new server.

Naruto is a serious issue in new servers only.

In old ones is not.

Oasis mistake was to make it redeemable with coupons also in servers newer than 700.

In servers as old as mine every decent player owns at least 3 ways to counter naruto if he doesn't own him too.

The problem is in newer servers where those options are not available because the players haven't had the time to get them without hurting their growth.

(differently from old server players, those players cannot own in any way itachi susano'o + madara founder + shisui or agk + hokage minato/hokage hiruzen/edo itachi + kisame samehada or kushina habanero 4 stars + tsunade full sb + Jigokudo full healing team or edo minato + edo hashi + kabuto snake cloak selftacking shark bomb team or edo hiruzen + edo sasori + edo asuma or kushina habanero 4stars + kurama + edo tobirama, just to state the most efficient counters to naruto six paths common teams at comparable power).

I'm sorry but no. He's just as much of a problem on older servers as he is on newer ones. While it is true that there is a pretty huge variety of players that have Naruto 6 paths on older servers, that doesn't make him less of a problem and not a "serious issue." The main issue is that on older servers, people have a variety of high tier ninjas. Edo Itachi is pretty much just as common at my power level as 6Paths Naruto so basically a majority of the teams just don't work against both of those ninjas together.

The only counter I've had success with is Kushina habenero, shisui, sailor sakura, and water main. Double healing and poison tai as well as maximum healing.

If you've been having a pretty easy time against 6paths narutos, then no one on your server properly stacks their position 1.
