Actually its really easy to create the treasure tool you need , as long as you know wich team you gonna use

For example a ninja that needs a - High combo rate and ninjutsu would need an S fan ( Naruto 6 paths , AGK , Edo hiruzen)

- High combo rate and atack would need an S blade ( perfect example Minato Jonin )

- Now a ninja wich gives shields would need an S gourd , as its raises his base rezistance ( Earth main , Iruka , Bee 7 Swords ... )

- Now for the rope .... any support ninja could use this

These exampels is for what i use .... also try to get your 1 pos ninjas treasure tool to level 10 or 12 ( fields i mean ) , then move on to 2 pos level 9 each field , then main ,and so on .
