It's cool that someone you would NEVER consider adding into a game... is now in the game...
But why is he more important than Dosu and Kin again?
Because he saved Tsunade and is an important part of her past? And Tsunade is actually important. Dosu is unimportant and good for nothing in the story line.

Honestly, Maybe stop bringing ninja out for a bit and bring back some of the older ones. All these people spending money while the people who can;t spend money just sit here unable to compete with them
Spenders will spend anyway. If they spend to unnecessarly increase their ninja collection (which is btw what most f2p do as well), it means they put less resources into power. Which is good for the poor guys. But ofc, most of them spend the exact same way. lol.
