US uses bills, UK uses pounds and so on, far as I know: In SEA there are a few different ones too just in there.

oso seems the SEA is more akin to an EURO system.. a network of mid-small countries.

Un-liken to the big states of US, CN, IN maybe ?? etc, whose population can amount for larger systems' mechanics. IMO.

He is still pretty strong in his lvl cluster. Fortunately I don't have to face him that many times due to Lvl difference XD
