You misunderstood. He's saying to post pictures of the ninjas you have and the ninjas you are facing. What you have available and what you have to counter against dictates how you should set up your teams. You can't really just say, post whatever ninjas and you'll get them. Unless you are a super whale you just won't have the ability to get all of them very quickly and by then, the team will probably no longer be in the meta.
