because someone on the OAS team think combining those 2 treasure its a good idea, so they can still sell Edo Jinchu fragment, like who the hell spend money on edo jinchu ??? at this point they're just trying to make things harder for the player.
The people who been asking if edo jins are good are the ones most likely going to get it through treasures. People should probably get them from the treasures after they got everything from the other treasures.
