I'd cross out the people in the top 20 that don't play or are just being piloted for things like GNW and Group activity rate but i've honestly lost count.

Though there are groups playing in this, we're pretty much only here for packs. More and more people aren't turning up and it's got to the point where we have packs left over. Also, one group is struggling to hit the activity rate and has to use alts just to qualify and even then it's not 100%. Don't know about Amaterasu but Heaven is also struggling to keep just one summon at 40%.

I've posted these last two screenshots to highlight the amount of people that are actually active in these events, more and more people just aren't logging in anymore.
