guess 29, 30, 31 are considered rarity nowadays.
It always goes to 28 days, because that's the lowest days in a month. All months have 28 days, all months do not have 29-31 days. Not sure why you are complaining about that. If the month has over 28 days, the rewards reset as a "new week" for the extra few days. Meaning if you were smart enough to save 300 points, you can end up with 10 seals a month instead of 8.
