In all honesty, this is the best team for a Sasuke that I have found (i.e. my personal team)

Sasuke out front to tank damage (which he can do well with all the defensive buffs) Chiriku exposed so that he c*so reduce his cooldown basically guaranteed 30 combo no matter what and the mysteries start off chiriku chase for some sweet buff clearing cc

You c*e anbu tactics if you want, but his mystery resets a lot more than you would think with wind main popping clones or earth man popping dog. All I would recommend is running attack mood (since killing intent only boosts attack)
