what's placed on the wheel is strictly linked to the redemption side.

since this time the redemption side top tier is 2200 rolls, then they made the wheel 'bad'.

the wheel has always been 'good' when the redemption side top tier was 3500/5000 rolls.

the wheel has been 'decent' when the redemption side top tier was 2500/3000 rolls.

Honestly speaking i don't much understand what is the point of this choice, but i'm just stating what i noticed.
