I got this kind of word when I was click my free draw on Seal Treasure. Can you explain to me why this type of bug happen? And I hope Oasis or u guys can help me fix this bug because i cant do my free draw for seal treasure until today. Here I attached together the screenshot of the proof. Hope u guys can help me solve this bug. Thank you. Reply

Dear Moderators name Exvius who delete my thread at general section for this type of bug. I already posted here at the bug section due to that bug still persist. The bug still there and I already clear all the cache and so on. So i post at the bug section also to know what action u guys will take and solve this problem. Because this bug make me cant do any free draw more after this from Seal Treasure. So if any action or help that u guys can solve this bug I really appreciate it.

Hey

I've heard about this rare bug before, unfortunately, there are two solutions, using a 10 Draw or sending in a ticket. However, you'll have to be very detailed and show the entire screenshot of the client + error.

To send in a ticket, press the "?" *on on the top right and from there you can report it as "Other" or "Bug"
