But yet people still ask for a nerf that will unlikely come. What I notice is it might be the more complains from newer servers than old. There are counters out there but its limited to people in older servers who have enough time to get more ninjas to build a team (the higher tiers of the jonin minato team is what I run to beat naruto team depending on initiative of course). Newer servers won't be able to run a good team against someone who whaled out naruto. So yeah, compared to other metas, access to counters is limited.

Now I've been really wondering this thought ever since these nerf posts came about. Would some of these people asking for the nerf would be saying this if they themselves got 6p naruto? It would be very hypocritical of them if they acted this way, which some I suspect will act just for the sake of being able to win. Of course I'm not talking about the people who are capable of getting him but chose not to get him as I'm sure they have their reasons as so I - damage is low and drags the match to round 10...

The difference of bringing up a suggestion of a buff/nerf in characters for this game (and any other asian games) and the Heartstone example you provided is just like what Voidium said, the original server tends to dictate what other servers get. I understand why naruto online isn't following this format especially with ninjas & treasures as it would be hard to keep up if giving all at once for every new server open per region. Bringing up a discussion about Heartstone and seeing the results is going to be more easier to see happen than games like Naruto Online. You can bring up a discussion of buffs/nerfs all you want but the end goal of most people would be the change to happen but that's unlikely if the original server gets changes first.

A little of topic but this is just might be a opinion but since how good kakuzu's skillbooks/trials are in China and any new ninjas that were added in China did not change the meta that much, what I assume for our server is to allow those ninjas to shine before kakuzu since whales would buy both. Of course I won't know how many of the whales in China brought ninjas like 6p naruto if they are running kakuzu teams.

Well there has been a pattern that if players that can't figure out a counter to a team then they will demand a nerf. Ex: Voidum pointed this out with just searching "nerf". It comes to a point that some players will be viewed as such because they can't express it without acting like a "baby". For your heartstone example with the druid nerf, I've see some hunter players that are clearly whining how OP druid was and some players that can clearly explain why druid needs a nerf.
