This mentality of, "we should be happy they didn't crap on the rug" when they pis on it needs to go. Sadly, it won't happen, the whales that keep recharging send them the message that they can literally do whatever they can and get away with it. Then you have players that are disenfranchised, suppressed, confused, discouraged, or flat out lied to by Oasis and their staff. Hell, they put someone in charge of BUGs forum section and he literally does NOTHING to solve anything, He gets 30k coupons a month for responding to players with the same old, "it works as intended, doesn't work, submit a report, I don't know..." ad nasuem.
I seeth when players, like this one, tell others who have been voicing their complaints to, "Just stop complaining, get over it" I won't keep my mouth shut. That attitude is just pis poor.
