Before you put in the time to come up with this list: I doubt that Oasis has the power to even change those things in the game. Yes, they can decide what to implement in the game and have free choice, if they implement Kakauzu SB or % Tactics - stuff which already exists in other regions. But I seriously doubt that they can change anything related to programming.
