It's a while that in arena a lot of weird things are happening.

  • I was talking about a similar thing with ICEx today (since he experienced it too).

    It's a while that in arena seems that effects linked to secondary stats are showing weird behaviours.

    Angel god konans with 100 chakra or kurama narutos with the 80% combo boost from the passive that fail multiple times in triggering the cd reduction.

    Hans or kimimaros that fail in dodging the first standard attack.

    Critical hits delivered with excessively high chances.

    An excessively high quantity of control fails from mysteries or standard attacks that deliver controlling effects and so on.

    It's at least since assist links introduction that those weird behaviours are going on.



    P.S. Just to state it bluntly... up to 4 months ago the amount of control fails i experienced in arena was 0, the same was for the quantity of times that naruto kurama failed in triggering the cd reduction if the passive was up.

    0 over 1 year of kurama constant use and 0 control fails over 2 years of previous arenas. Since november i get them once every 10/15 battles.

I can confirm this. Before i bought AGK, my teams in ranked arena were in early time mei mabui tenten gnw, then han roshi sailor sakura (for about 3 months) then ay4th meta with samui and darui, then I used kurama naruto, roshi, bee sst, earth main lineup. The number of control fails before 5.0 i experienced were 0 too. The same were the number of times kurama naruto didn't reduce cd.

Since 5.0 my team in arena has been agk itachi susano'o kisame samehada earth main and until assist links appeared the number of times agk with 100 chakra failed in reducing cd were 0 (even with 60 chakra was close to be sure to).

After assist links introduction i began too to experience weird behaviours that lately, after 3vs3 and theme arena introduction, multiplied.


My guess is that assist link messed up the things and that the old 10% secondary stats in arena issue is back.

This bug was fixed and removed in early 2.0, but everything leads me in thinking is back.
