Shisui is good but he can be made useless easily and he is made of paper tissue.

If you are confident in your initiative you may actually use 31444.

The boost of the barrier is not what actually matter here.

What matters is that you have 3 full immune ninjas + two self-healing ninjas and every time you start a combo with naruto or kushina or roshi they give you 30 chakra granted, 45/60 if wind main is able to follow up and they self heal by 12% thanks to wind main. The only option the enemy has is to nuke wind main as soon as possible but depending on what he does you may or immobile two of his ninjas (the chase are not liked, that's why the hghfloat to repulse chase) or heal wind main and let her use dance of impetus for sure. And the large amounts of clones on the field make very hard for high combo chases and standard attacks like kushina habanero or itachi anbu to do any damage.

You are granted to get the super rare before the 260th draw, like in jinchuriki or land of lightning treasures (unless they modified them in comparison with CN, but so far all the newly implemented treasures have had the same mechanics as CN ones, so i would take it for almost granted).
