The prices in the tree are fully linked to the moment you begin to spend in it. What do i mean? That if you just bought something and reached, lets say, level 5, then the price of whatever you buy after it is way lower than it would be if you bought the same item when the tree was level 1.

In general the tree is extremely worth it if you plan to spend 25k+ in it, otherwise is almost always meh
