12-16k is the usual range. Best to get him in lucky board if he ever shows up in there again. You can either save up to 18k and get him or slowly build him up whenever he shows up

12-8k. You can actually get him in the upcoming treasure of the sage event. If you're lucky, you can get the 40% discount for him and spend around 9.6k to get.
