I run a pretty obnoxious team atm: Guy, Kabuto, Hinata with Fire main. My regular combo amongst them all inflicts Ignition, Sealing and causes damage to the person if they try to cast jutsu, this is usually started with Guy's interupt so I practically render that character null void once the combo lands. In terms of teams that have beaten it, I find that Lightning mains with the chase debuff talent and Neji are very big problems. Do not use two stage mystery users. (ex. Gaara, Haku , etc) they are excellent fodder in a battle.

Overall : Initiative and Interupts ruin me completely :(
