So we can buy various ninja fragments in the collection tab now and I was wondering if there are any ninjas I should start stocking up on fragments. Shikamaru Chunin just came out and i could of been buying his frags all these past weeks. So any of you Chinese server players know of which ninjas will be getting skill breakthroughs?
