I used the empress line up. You need to time Kurenai's shield properly. You need to hit her cast just as the big guys mystery appears over their heads. If the first rock is a crit just reset. If done properly you can get the shield on your main just after the first rock is thrown. Then it's just a bit of luck surviving the the attacks of the females.
