and this is rather unrelated, but for drawing programs, if your computer can't handle installing applications, you could always go mobile and draw on your phone (for example, this was completely colored on phone and this: https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-36700-1.html was also completely fingerpainted, so you don't even need a stylus lmao). Personally, I have a preference for medi*, but almost anything is better than ms paint haha, because layers
