Where does it say complete I was not aware of there being any difference. I thought once i had them skill broke thats how they would appear. You are the only one that has brought up a real reason for this to happen so thanks for that
since zenith is meant to give neither player an advantage, the ninjas you are given within zenith are in no way related to the ninjas that you have outside this game mode. same goes for summons.
whether your ninjas are skillbroken outside the game will not affect the ninja in zenith. like danzo said, you need to see the word "complete" in zenith if the ninja is fully skillbroken. similarly for summons: in zenith you are allowed all summons, regardless of whether you've recruited them outside zenith or not.
