Some changes you can make:

LM: Chidori Blade mystery and Bloodthirsty passive, you will get chakra needed and you will have good mystery to use round 2 before opponents. (you can encounter problems in 5kage TI with Kurotsuchi's slow)

LM alternative: you can swap Asuma WB and Konan with Shurado/Chikushodo/Tobirama/Hashirama/Edo Hiruzen if you are playing in a team for more total damage (you will need to take Bloodthirsty Demon; with Edo Hiruzen you change another passive to Anbu Tactics). These teams can work with Earth Main as well.

FM: Swap Fire Main and Tendo if you want this to work in TI with auto and your p2 initiative is less than 10k.

FM Alternative: Same as ICE's EM team with either 3rd or 4rd mystery.

Water Main (in a team): Nature Energy Gathering and replace Mabui with a buffing ninja.

Also, didn't know the part about barriers and sometimes we used barrier for TI/Jin/Ninja Exams. Tested that and can confirm he doesn't benefit from barrier when his mystery hits. The more you know... ;)
