No, use Anko/Iruka/Asuma WB/Yamato with passive skillbroken (whichever ninjas you have). First Mystery and Unparalelled. You can swap Anko for any ninja with Fire attribute barrier. With Anko you have to play manually tho, or she will destroy the barrier and cause you to lose damage.

I'd say something like this, I usually don't do 9tails but I hope I can help.
I placed them at the very front only because I used clone passive, and I don't want my clone to be hit. Lee has to be SB.
Or if you don't have SB lee yet, maybe this. Use main mystery AFTER sasuke's barrier.
Or you c*e guy and change anbu passive into lightning enhancement, there are quite a lot of option actually.
Just put sasuke in 1st poisition for 9 tails
