as far as i know, but i may be mistaking, the resistance reduction is not permanent.

it can't be removed directly with a healing or a debuff clearing effect, but if is not applied again within a certain quantity of rounds it disappears.

fire main's used to work so (before was modified in the current one), jiraya's chase too.

you may test this, but i'm pretty sure that if you apply it in round 1 and in round 2 and 3 you aren't able to apply it again, then in round 4 is no more there.

also poison doesn't state that if is not applied again it disappears by itself after 3 rounds, the same for the shields.

the mechanics, imho, are the same as poison and shields.

if is not reapplied it disappears after a certain amounts of rounds.

as i said, i'm not sure about it, but seems quite likely (otherwise couldn't cost only 15k coupons...)

if if pops then means the effect was not applied.
