That means he done 50 draw before he made the video lol.

Why? thats the limit that you get them but you can get 2 of them in 2x10 draws if you are lucky. I opened only 3x10 of the Tendo and got Jiraya Sage mode. :)

Here is the thing:
some ppl say that they get him from 4x10(40 really the x10 does not really matter, that is made to make you buy more scrolls, i've tested) and some ppl get him from 6x10(i got Ao from 6x10), the way they appear are random so if you are lucky you can get sage naruto from 60, if you are unlucky you can get him after 180(bcz you get ao and orochimaru first), is not about luck because gambling is prohibited in china(see diablo 3 problems with auction house)
in other words, there is no way you can get sage naruto with less than 60 draws, your only shot is to have a*ulated some free draws beforehand(so let's say you had 6 free draws, now you only need 54 more scrolls for a shot at sage naruto) This post was last edited by 122***@facebook at 2016-10-16 14:23

^^^ This is spot on. I'll try to simplify for those having difficulty parsing though.

Want Sage Naruto? Do between 4-7 x10 draws. This gives you a 33% chance to get Sage Naruto. You'll get either Ao, Orochimaru (Traitor) or SM Naruto.

So 4-7 x10 Minimum. Possibly as much as 12-21 x10 draws if you have really bad luck.

For the pulls do you have to do all the x10 sets at one shot? Or is that counted regardless of time?

I got him on the 120th pull, first 60th pull was AO, then next 60 was Sage Naruto. I already had Orochimaru from the event, not sure if that helped or not.
