Honestly i think when you get to 20k all stats you could start focusing on other positions unless your aim is to be number 1 for space time. Other wise i'd start focusing on all other positions just to get a slight edge over the one trick ponies.

Around 90k pos1 power is probable the most ideal.

Honestly man it depends on what ninjas you wanna run for the rest of your game experience. If you're gonna be that guy who only ever uses edo hiruzen or ashura naruto just keep on stacking pos1, no point in raising your other ninjas if your pos1 will just carry entirely no matter what. But that gets boring so yeah around 20k stats for at least those first 3 (ini, injury and critical) if you wanna run other teams and not get have your other 3 positions 1 shotted.

In reality all of the above are right and wrong at the same time. I don't know what's your current position or stats, but a real indicator should be top of the bracket you are currently in (or if you aren't in the top, those people you want to compete with). 20k secondary stats might be good for now, but in the future, let's say 1 year it may be an average. Absolute top of china has over 40k ini right now for referrence.

Whats pretty obvious you should upgrade all basic power features (keys, refines, charms, maybe treasured tool?) to max, after that personal ninja growth depends on pills and chakra training as of now, and its hard to upgrade much further. That means you'll be able to use refines, keys etc on other positions, while polishing your move1 with those hard-to-get items. Other means of improving power are team wide like myobokus or clothings, so if you decide to go for them it means you are improving everybody anyway.

Well players on CN at around 600k bp got stacked all 4 positions, so at this point it doesnt matter for them to stack 1st one .

Honestly speaking getting a 110/120k move 1 costs as much as getting 4 70/80k move 1-4. If you have 4 70/80k moves and you run good defensive/high healing lineups you beat whoever has 110k+ move 1 and 40/50k move 2-4 for the simple reason you don't die from the hits the 110k lands while his 40ks die from your hits. When is 4 vs 1 left that 110k matters really low.

So is all up on how much you spend in the game and how old your server is.

In the sense that not always the best way to go is to overstack one single move.

It's your only hope if you are f2p, but if you spend is actually not always true (it is for swb, but for everything else no and if you spend do you really care for the rewards of swb? In the sense that you care for the competition, but i doubt you really care to get 10 more advance refinements when you can just buy them).

Yes, initiative matters but, up to a certain point. Overstacking injury and atk/nin on one single move matters, indeed, but up to a certain point.

Many of our current whales still go on with the policy of move 1 but just because they were raised for months in thinking it was the best way to go because when they were 100, 150, 200k power actually paid off a lot.

That's because they finished position 1. Until you pretty much max pos 1, then you should keep stacking. We already have whales here that pretty much finish pos 1 and have moved onto 2 or 3 at this point.

You can pump up 2-4 as needed so they don't die too fast, but you should always keep stacking 1 until done.

Never... if you listen to idiots. If you pay to play, when you are faster. If you are f2p the way sooner, stack pos 3 to fool the tools

LOL. Then a pos 1 stack always goes first and kills your pos 3 before you can even use his mystery. Real Pro Strats. xD
