Is it better to get minato and/or masked man:

1) from their "Fateful choice" event: (??? coupons)

2) Treasure of the sage (30% discount: 140*80= 11200 coupons)

3) other possible way(s): (??? coupons)

4) not get them at all because there is better ninjas today.

What kind of other strong ninja to look for then ? (the 20k ones) if anyone have a list of how much they cost and where to get them might be useful for many players.
