@ICEx: two things: 1) As for guren, there's a typo in the translation.

The chase actually chases knockdown and causes 5 combo, immobile, buffs/shields cleared AND LOW FLOAT (it's quite important XD).

2) when 4 stars he gets an upgrade in comparison with 3 stars, i think on the mystery.

P.S. since gives a boost to def and res and is immune to debuffs the full healing team with water main, tsunade sannin war and sakura cloak/summer, is pretty effective with him as move 1, overall his mystery and chase are nin/tai, so he spreads poison while also removing buffs...

P.P.S his buff stacks with hokage minato/hiruzen 3rd hokage's and also with earth main's 3rd passive. Just saying.
