You forgot Haku [Kimono], he is quite good as p1 in 3v3 arena for f2p. Also Yugito [Edo Tensei] and Roshi [Edo Tensei] target multip[e teams.

Some of the ninjas on the list don't hit multiple teams (Mifune and Fukurokumaru i believe).
