You are trying to bind your Facebook account with your OAS game account through Control panel, right ?

Yes I accessed through User center from the main page of the official website and was trying to bind my OAS game account (where I started) to facebook (so I can participate in community event).

Is it possible for this to be done? could it be that I accidentally created an account on the Facebook so it's no longer possible for me to bind it? This post was last edited by at 2016-9-9 05:10

Yes, it is possible to bind your accounts. However I don't know if it is possible to do if you made another character on Facebook version. I will have to ask.

oh alright thank you very much for the reply and the reason I have accidentally made one was because I was told about the community event and to access it through the facebook (not knowing that you have to start from the FB in the first place)

I'm having the same issue.

I created an OASgames account, and I would like to bind it to my facebook account, which uses the same e-mail. When I try to login to the game through Facebook it tells me to create a new character, and when I go to the OASgames Use Center to use the "Bind Account" option, it has populated a string of numbers (presumably from my FB account), rather than my email login. It then tells me that the email account I amtrying to use already exists in the system, and hence will not let me bind.

Is there a solution to this?

That is probably because you also have character on Facebook version of the game. I am not sure yet but I think you can't bind your accounts if you have 2 different characters, in other words one on OAS game account and one on Facebook account.

It is not recognizing that my Facebook login e-mail is the same as my OASgame Login email. I have not yet created a character on the Facebook account with the same email.
