Pack did return later on. In a lot lower numbers. Those, who got it before removal are still in advantage orver those, who got only ones after it's return. There was talk about them coming back later on with same cost range. Either it was all just talk, Oasis waits for christmas or we have to wait till next Naruto's birthday. We would want to know what really is the final result for this pack. At least we'd not have to wait for answer any longer...

And the people who bought the refines the pack was originally replaced with were screwed because then they couldn't buy the 2nd set of packs.

Guess what? They did bring back the pack after that whole event and its the very next event cycle from treasure of the sage. But instead 60 coupon= 80frags, they make it 3,000 coupons= 80frags. So basically 40% discount would cost you around 2k coupons. And only few voice that out (including myself) and basically just forgotten.

imho was a bad way to manage a mistake.

the best way to solve it would have been to simply say: 'sorry, our devs made a mistake while putting in the chart the game object number linked to the reward we really planned to give you all in that event" and then simply send 10 packs to everybody via mail, without promising anything at all and without making impossible for whoever had the unluck to purchase purification runes in the place of those packs to actually further purchase the newly readded packs at the end of the event.

They promised to put them back on last day of that event (and they did it) AND ALSO to show them again in future events at comparable prices (promise that so far they didn't fullfill).

If instead of managing the whole issue the way they did it they would have managed it the way garv said, now there would be no people asking where are those packs at 60-100 coupons and why they never got added back in any event after that one.
