they promised they would have appeared in future events again, not only to bring them back on last day, limited in time.
imho was a bad way to manage a mistake.
the best way to solve it would have been to simply say: 'sorry, our devs made a mistake while putting in the chart the game object number linked to the reward we really planned to give you all in that event" and then simply send 10 packs to everybody via mail, without promising anything at all and without making impossible for whoever had the unluck to purchase purification runes in the place of those packs to actually further purchase the newly readded packs at the end of the event.

They said that same week, it would be back on Wednesday. That is a separate thing to what you're talking about.

That is bringing it back at similar prices to the 60 coupon at different events
