The hell are you talking about? Naruto's birthday? The pack returned to the event during the same week it got removed.

And the people who bought the refines the pack was originally replaced with were screwed because then they couldn't buy the 2nd set of packs.

Oasis said they would bring back the packs again for compensation for this problem, not the original problem.
