I know that China had gotten his skillbreak last September, so I'm wondering if we'd get him by early January. Reply

There's no estimated time for any skillbooks. You just have to look at when they introduce releases on wednesdays.

In china his breaktroughs appeared not much after gnw treasure was released. Here they are way more p2p oriented so, imho, you can forget about them since they want you to get six paths or eventually kurama.

china servers are a good 3 year start past ours. they already have minato suit, madara gnw, izuna and all of that. so probably a long time. guy's just came out/
