Hello, I will share my experience and knowledge for the main character "Breeze Dancer".
*Tips:

-Only do S and A bounty missions.
-Try to buy every needed fragments at the redemption store/black market.
-Your End-game formation with the wind main ideally would be: (Hinata, Kurenai & Konan/Karin) I prefer Konan for the damage output.

-Skills-Giant Rasengan
Shadow Clone Jutsu
Shoot Down Rasengan

-Formation-

Gaara Tank, Kabuto Heals, Main deals damage/combo initiation and Hinata is a dummy/tank target.

Ideally you will want to replace Kabuto with Karin or Konan in the late game and Gaara with Kurenai (Using Hinata as the new tank from there)
I been using this formation and I been doing great. I do all my Ninja Exams, Main plot without issues.

You will want to use Gaaras ability first then begin your combo with main's big rasengan, if hinata is being targeted often you can protect her with her ability. Use Kabuto's ability to summon clones along with main's clones plus Kabuto's heal and Gaaras shield/defense this team is unbeatable.
-Equipments & Stats-

This is very important. Your power depend on these. Each character benefits from two specific stats, for example; The wind main needs Defense and Life. What do you want to do is on the equipment section you want to boost the equipment which offer those two stats (Life and Defense) in this case it will be the Mask equipment and the Chest equipment. Also, you want to use the best magatama that offer Defense and Life on this character.

in the mood section you can see which stats perform better for each character.


Breeze Dancer - Defense and Life.
Hinata - Attack and Defense.
Gaara - Life and Ninjutsu .
Kabuto - Ninjutsu and Resistance.

Focus and upgrade those equipments and magatama that offer those stats for each respective character.


As you can see, I only upgrade the equipments and magatama that offer those stats to the respective character. I upgrade the rest of the equopment when I get a chance BUT I always focus on the most important stat that my character needs.







ALSO, never uses auto battle....... You want to use the skills at the right moment, even if you have to save Chakra don't waste it on a skills that you wont need or wont perform a nice combo from it.
-Upgrade Stars-

To upgrade the stars of these characters you will need to farm fragments.


Luckly, these ninjas fragments are easy to find.


Breeze Dancer: Daily Missions (You only get 4 fragments per day, * it up and have fun waiting)
Hinata: Ranked Battle Shop, Elite Instances (Clan Hopes, Overcoming Hardness and I'll Be Stronger)
Kabuto: Survival Trial Shop
Gaara: Luckly, I got my gaara at 4 stars thanks to the daily 0.99$ recharge for 4 days. after that you will just have to be lucky enough to get the fragments from the Black Market, events, etc.
