I have completed my Hokage Tsunade from spinning Lucky Stars 2 events, each one I got over 40+ frags.
Even mine at pos 4, her current healing is like 3500 hp per unit up to 12 (including clones) is quite insane.
She is still legit at 1v1 team though. I always do Kushina, S Itachi, Kage Tsuna, Water with 85% healing tip in Matsuri. It's quite unkillable, unless you're overwhelmed with power gap.
To OP, don't buy her. Try to collect her for free like I did. I hope she would be back in event for you.
Kage Tsunade is the only Tsunade that has Allied Shinobi Force, which means she can gain immunity from Kurama also, beside flower guard, 4 vs 2 rounds.

Again, no. If she "outclasses" everyone in a 1v1, how come *no one* ever uses her? Because her own self healing is not the only thing that makes her a better ninja to use than the other two. The other two Tsunade's bring other skills to the table that make them better to use in teams. And IDGAF about 5 stars vs 3 Stars, its only a 10% basic stat difference.
I used her and still using her 1v1. Pretty sure I said in my first comment, but ok.
Just need the right team for her.
