yesterday I recharge 1k ingots from ATM transfer until now I my ingots not added . and TODAY, I recharge again 1k ingots but my ingots added now. based on that, where my ingots after I recharge before ? this a screen ATM transfer success. I send request on oas ask too but no respons until now.

We’ll confirm and if found that payment was received, we’ll send you the ingots.
