Are they different levels?

In battles (as$uming plot/elite) your ninja receive EXP and nothing else unless you actually do something. So the only reason behind this that I see is that you've been leveling them up.

  • I was leveling and focusing on Hinata more than I did with Sakura. I kept both caught up and everything. Then when I started using Sakura more than Hinata, my power drops when I switch Sakura for Hinata when it was the opposite before.
Sorry, if it's not level / manual power up stuff, I'm not sure what it is.
