I'd say Naruto. He can self-carry, even at early rounds. Konan needs a bit of support from other ninjas.
But you have some good supports for her, then she is a nice choice to get.
You don't get punished too hard if his mystery doesn't get reset by standard. 2 vs 3 rounds.
Since Madara 5 Kage was released. It became a little difficult for Konan to win. She can get melted down by DOT.
Many players underestimate how annoying interruption is. He's really friendly in auto battle situations.
I dont have Naruto. I only have Konan and I am still using her, make my coupons worth.
Lets say if your initiative is not excessively high agk is way way better than naruto, while naruto becomes good if you own initiative.
You are right about dots but usually agk goes along with kisame samehada and/or eg kakuzu and/or itachi susano'o that are quite good in preventing madara effectiveness.
Agk, furthermore, may be used as a support ninja too for shark bomb move 1 lineups (with madara 5th kage summit/kisame samehada and ningendo), same may be done for naruto with edo hashirama.

Depends on ur cluster and serv also . even ur agk had high ini if u counter such as buff remover with ignite mostly agk will lose . like edo dei 5km with water main for example. mostly high ini agk will lose due to ignite n poison.
If you are in such a cluster and you own initiative you may just run ay3rd as the 4th ninja that complete the set with kisame samehada and wind main and you run clone standard, dance of impetus, chakra coordination and nature energy draining, if not you too run water main with evasion passive, nature energy gathering and full healing setup. At 100 chakra, on par power, there is no way edo deidara is able to endure agk mystery + ay 3rd mystery and the whole chase streak. Very likely even the ninja behind deidara is dead unless is water main.
