My heart is telling me Naruto but i think Konan is way better, in gnw shes super strong and she scale on chakra so if you can generate chakra she will be a monster, would you rather interrupt mystery and maybe immobile or deals tons of damage to the entire ennemy team ? the rest is on you ( Im going for naruto :p )
