this game never ever made for F2P tbh , i'm a F2P , but i know if they put " Layers System " the high class will be better always , also to be fair, for this why they put the " RNG" System, also it's easily to get the " P2W " ninjas if you " Save " your coupons for two months , and spend them when the " P2W " ninja become cheaper .
Considering normal hiruzen still costs 12k...
Their idea of making ninjas cheaper over time is quite weird...
(fyi, hiruzen 3rd hokage was never in the me
ta and in 1.0 costed 20k. If a ninja that has never been in the me ta just gets a 40% discount after two years how long do you think you have to wait for some other ninjas?)

then tell me , let's say , you're in battle with someone have 50k with edo 3rd is a pos1 " he use the classic team of edo 3rd " , and you have power more than him like 40k or 50k , does this mean he will win because he one shot you in first round ? , also power is not everthing , tbh , i beat ppl who was stronger than me, but they use stupiid teams because they think if i have power i c@n use any ninja Because i have very high power , i have to tell you one thing " this sooo wrong " , power without good ninjas is nothing , same with ninjas without power is also useless. and thank you .
If you own 100k more power than your enemy you can easily run the very basic team 7 with water main and give to your enemy whatever op ninja he wants. You will win.
Why? Because he will control fail every time, he will hit you very low, he will never crit on you while every single attack you will land on him will be a critical hit.

who talk about normal Hiruzen . also look to Jonin Minato when they add him first time he was like 17k , now look how much , he now like 7k-10k .
Because he isn't a really good ninja overall that doesn't let you win if you have lower initiative, that scales low and that is very easy to counter.
The 16k starting price, infact, was inflationated because people were hyped for him and never reflected his real value.
The only ninja that got a significative price reduction in a very limited time was shisui, but just because it messes up arena so they wanted him to be common to be able to sold at higher prices kisame samehada and madara 5th kage summit.

No, edo hiruzen price won't ever go under 16k due to his usefulness in world boss battle and 2vs2/3vs3.
About jonin minato yes he is good but not worth more than 8k coupons. A simple paralysis shut him down almost completely and when i say he stacks slowly i literally mean that with the same exact gear hokage minato, that on paper has the same passive boost, in round 5 lands literally twice the damage jonin lands (if you are able to get the same amount of stacks from the buff).

Here my story,year ago i was 87k when lucky stars come with 80 frags of event ninjas.Then some guy who was 60k get 2 jackpots back to back for 2 months.And being near 30k below me,start kicking my ass daily.Power didnt help me at all,with my Roshi and kage rares.So for me,better strategy is to get some event ninjas,then work on power.
Because your power was, very likely, full of 'bad power' (secondary stats) and the lower the power is the lower the overstacked effect is too.
At 210k vs 180k that are the same 30k the outcome would be not the same, believe me.
